1. SMS Use Case Description
ProDental Solutions uses SMS messaging to communicate with patients and prospective patients who provide a phone number and consent to receive text messages.
Non-Marketing (Transactional/Service) SMS may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling/rescheduling updates
- Treatment follow-ups
- Customer care responses and replies to inquiries
Marketing SMS (only if separately consented) may include:

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our office and your preferences.
2. Instructions to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)
You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number, unless you opt in again.

4. Disclosure of Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. ProDental Solutions does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages; however, your carrier may charge for messages and data usage.
5. Carrier Disclaimer (Operator Liability)
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.
6. Age Restriction (18+)
By opting into SMS communications, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are the parent or legal guardian authorized to provide consent on behalf of the patient.
